Jack London

Jack London was born in 1876 in San Francisco.His real name was John Griffit.His father was a farmer.The family was very poor.He sold newspapers and worked at a factory.Then he was a sailor.In 1897 he went to the Clondike as a gold miner.His first story was published in 1898.He wrote about 200 stories.He died at the age of forty in 1916
